What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and help shape and deliver HR strategy that drives people effectiveness and operational excellence in Pinola, PA. You will act as a trusted advisor and change agent, balancing employee needs with business goals to create practical, scalable HR solutions.

• Act as a proactive HR business partner and communicator to site leaders and teams
• Lead small HR projects and local initiatives that improve performance or efficiency
• Use HR systems and processes to deliver consistent, high-quality operational outcomes
• Identify business-building opportunities within the HR scope and drive capability development
• Consider and articulate business implications of HR programs and process changes
• Execute HR activities with attention to quality and measurable impact on business goals
• Build trust across levels; listen, translate feedback into insight, and recommend practical actions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels and geographies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively without compromising quality
• Familiarity with HR systems and HR fundamentals, or the learning agility to develop quickly
• Resilience and learning agility — able to pick up new topics in unfamiliar territory and stay steady through change
• Curiosity about people: you build rapport, listen well, and turn insights into action

Compensation & Additional Info

• Salary range (posted): $92,000 - $116,500 per year
• Total rewards typically include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits. Actual pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, role, credentials, skills and experience.
