What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an HR Administration Assistant to support daily HR operations and employee services. This is an in-office, full-time role (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) based in Parkway, GA. You’ll work closely with HR leadership to maintain accurate records, assist with recruiting and onboarding, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, compliant employee files and process terminations in the HRIS (Paylocity or similar)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee questions and communications (newsletters, announcements)
- Post and track job openings, review resumes and coordinate offers and interview schedules (LinkedIn Recruiter experience useful)
- Onboard new hires (paperwork, system setup, orientation) and help run recruitment events
- Support employee engagement and company events (logistics, materials, promotion)
- Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and general administrative tasks (answer phones, mail distribution)
- Assist the HR Manager with ad hoc projects and special assignments while maintaining strict confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years administrative or customer-service experience; any HR experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva preferred
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems is a plus
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle confidential information responsibly
Compensation & Hours
- Salary range: $40,000 – $47,500 per year
- Full-time, in-office schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Ability to convert from hourly to salary after a 90-day probationary period
