Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Healthcare IT Analyst to join a training-focused program that helps recent graduates and early-career professionals launch technical careers in healthcare IT. This role is suited for someone with a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and interest in clinical systems, integrations, and data workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design, build/configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing support of healthcare applications.
• Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under guidance from senior team members.
• Learn healthcare workflows, ancillary systems, and health system operations to inform technical work.
• Analyze and document user requirements, current procedures, and opportunities to automate or improve systems.
• Create and maintain documentation: workflows, build/config tasks, change management records, end-user communications, training materials, and status reports.
• Assist with developing and revising system design procedures, test plans, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues; review performance indicators, identify root causes, and escalate appropriately for timely resolution.
• Coordinate project tasks and meeting schedules to support deliverables.
• Provide technical and functional analyst support for platforms that may include Electronic Health Records (Epic, Cerner), ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG), ITSM (ServiceNow), analytics (Tableau, Power BI), and cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).

Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) — recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not open to H-1B, F-1 OPT/CPT, H-4 EAD, or similar visa sponsorship requests).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tactful, professional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Self-starter with high initiative and a results-oriented approach.
• Internship or academic project experience in healthcare or IT is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with different data formats and basic data interpretation.
• Ability to travel if required during the training program.
