Summary
Confidential Client is hiring a full-time Healthcare Data Analyst based in Fort Worth, TX. This entry-level-to-mid role supports clinical and operational teams by turning healthcare data into clear, actionable insights to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and validate clinical and operational datasets from internal systems and external partners
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track quality, utilization, and performance metrics
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for clinical leaders, operations, and leadership
- Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and IT teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Support data governance and compliance practices to protect patient information and ensure data integrity
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work with messy datasets
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and experience querying data (e.g., SQL)
- Comfortable preparing clear reports and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and complying with healthcare regulations
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) data structures and healthcare terminology
- Prior experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care environments
- Basic knowledge of data governance, HIPAA, or healthcare quality metrics
Working Location & Schedule
- On-site in Fort Worth, TX (local candidates preferred)
- Full-time schedule; standard business hours with some flexibility as needed for reporting deadlines
