Overview
This is an entry-level Healthcare Compliance Analyst role supporting the Confidential Client's compliance program. The position offers hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance, ethics, privacy/security, and fraud/waste/abuse activities. The Analyst will help maintain and improve compliance processes while developing technical and investigative skills.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn regulatory requirements quickly
What You’ll Do
- Assist special investigative unit activities to support program integrity
- Help identify, analyze, and resolve compliance issues
- Learn and maintain a working knowledge of contract and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization
- Support development and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Assist with compliance education and training efforts
- Support audits and related compliance reviews
- Complete other compliance-related projects as assigned

Schedule & Location
- This role follows a hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote as required). The Confidential Client reserves the right to modify schedules based on business needs.
- Location: Lazy Lake, FL (workplace and local hiring/regulatory requirements apply)
