What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Health Services Representative to help employees navigate benefits, enrollment, and related health services. This role is a strong fit for recent graduates who enjoy helping people, working with systems and data, and supporting administrative processes.

  • Assist employees with questions about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and available resources
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment and status changes and explain next steps to employees
  • Accurately enter and maintain enrollment information in benefits, payroll, and vendor systems
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, consultants, and benefit providers
  • Review enrollment data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and organize employee benefit records and supporting documentation
  • Complete routine audits to ensure carrier and enrollment accuracy
  • Track requests and follow up with employees or internal teams to close outstanding items
  • Support regular reporting by reviewing benefit and enrollment information
  • Communicate updates, issues, and requested actions to managers and teammates
  • Provide administrative support to Benefits, Workers’ Compensation, and Safety teams
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and employee support
  • Build knowledge of benefit programs, enrollment processes, and internal systems through ongoing training

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
