What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Health Consulting Analysts to support client engagements across benchmarking, data analytics, benefits strategy, and RFP coordination. Typical responsibilities include:

• Assist senior consultants to assess client needs and recommend benefit program strategies
• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret healthcare and benefits data for client reporting
• Support coordination of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors and internal teams
• Help prepare proposals, client reports, slide decks, spreadsheets, and written client communications
• Learn market dynamics for health insurance vendors, plan designs, cost drivers, and renewal processes
• Contribute to project workstreams, meet deadlines, and support deliverables with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum GPA: 3.0 / 4.0
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
