What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Health Consulting Analysts to support client engagements across benchmarking, data analytics, benefits strategy, and RFP coordination. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist senior consultants to assess client needs and recommend benefit program strategies
- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret healthcare and benefits data for client reporting
- Support coordination of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors and internal teams
- Help prepare proposals, client reports, slide decks, spreadsheets, and written client communications
- Learn market dynamics for health insurance vendors, plan designs, cost drivers, and renewal processes
- Contribute to project workstreams, meet deadlines, and support deliverables with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
