What You’ll Do

Confidential client is hiring an entry-level Hardware Verification Engineer to support validation and testing of precision DC test and measurement equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for a curious engineer who wants to build practical verification, automation, and lab skills while working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and document hardware test procedures with mentorship from senior engineers
  • Execute validation tests, record results, and troubleshoot with design and sustainment teams
  • Write and maintain automated test programs to improve coverage and repeatability
  • Design and build test fixtures and basic wiring diagrams for validation setups
  • Maintain and organize lab equipment, fixtures, and supporting hardware
  • Coordinate testing schedules, communicate progress, and deliver final test reports
  • Use appropriate tools and environments to validate performance and system-level requirements
  • Continuously learn and adopt best practices for test automation and hardware validation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic understanding of electronic hardware concepts (analog and digital)
  • Familiarity with test & measurement equipment (multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes)
  • Introductory programming skills (Python, C/C++, C#, or similar) and interest in automation
  • Proficiency with Excel for data capture and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or academic project experience in hardware validation or test
  • Exposure to automated testing, scripting, or test frameworks
  • Basic statistics and data-analysis familiarity
  • Lab experience and comfort working with physical test setups
  • Working knowledge of source control (e.g., Git)
  • Exposure to VB.NET, basic PCB design concepts, or EDA tools

Compensation & Bonus

  • Pay range (local currency): 53,600.00 - 99,400.00 per year
  • This position is eligible for bonus as part of total compensation
