What You’ll Do
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Location: Hybrid — East Dundee, IL
Confidential Client is building teams that use AI to scale brand-building services. As a Growth Associate (entry-level / new grad), you'll be on the front line driving customer acquisition, outreach and deal progression.
- Work directly with customers to help them find and purchase the right domain and related brand assets
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers; manage pipelines and move deals forward
- Run outreach and follow-up campaigns; track results and iterate on what works
- Design and test growth experiments with the team; measure results and share learnings
- Use AI tools daily to research, draft messaging, and speed execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, communications or any major)
- 0–2 years experience (recent graduates and internships welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and motivated by measurable results
- Curious about technology, startups and AI; willing to learn and iterate

Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid, full-time role based in East Dundee, IL. Candidates should be able to work on-site as required and participate in remote collaboration.
