What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry-Level Ground Test Analyst/Scheduler to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Test Directorate (DTG) under a Teams Next (TN) Test Support contract. This is a full-time, on-site role at Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL). You will work in a fast-paced government-site environment, coordinating schedules and communicating with technical teams and customers.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain DTG program schedules, including baseline and proposed program schedules and integrated test schedules for HWIL, Distributed, CDI, and Cyber tests.
  • Analyze schedule risks and issues, perform schedule deconfliction across the Ground Test program, and recommend/reflect solutions with the customer.
  • Build, update, and present schedules to the test community and relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend and contribute to DTG coordination meetings; integrate schedule changes as required.
  • Support the MDA Test Design Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) Working Group to ensure program schedules are accurate and actionable.

Qualifications

Minimum and preferred skills based on the role:

  • Experience or exposure to DoD test processes, test support, and/or test execution (desired).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to clearly convey schedule information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience with schedule tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (Server), Milestones Pro, or similar.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work professionally with customers and subject matter experts in a government-site environment.
  • Knowledge of MDA and MDA’s Ground Test Program is a plus.

Education & Clearance

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a relevant field preferred. No direct experience required — up to 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher required.
