What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Area Manager as part of an intern-to-hire conversion program. This role focuses on grocery operations and site leadership — managing people, processes, and systems to deliver customer-first results.

• Implement the business plan for your assigned area by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to drive performance improvements.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Supervise, coach and develop associates and frontline leaders — including hiring, promotion, performance feedback, and career development.
• Oversee maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of site systems (hardware/software) and work with IT or vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Build cross-functional relationships to design and implement business solutions that meet customer and operational needs.
• Model and enforce company ethics, compliance, and safety expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field.
