What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer to join a small, fast-paced creative team in Knoxville, TN. This role focuses on production-oriented design work — primarily packaging, labels and print — with opportunities to expand into digital creative projects over time.

  • Create, update and maintain product labels and packaging artwork
  • Design and update brochures, catalogs and other print marketing materials
  • Adapt existing brand standards and templates for different products and customers
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files for in-house and external printing
  • Work within established templates while maintaining brand consistency
  • Edit and prepare product photography for print and digital use
  • Interpret product and technical information for packaging and label designs
  • Review and proof artwork for accuracy, consistency and production requirements
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams
  • Support growing digital creative work as the internal creative function expands

Requirements

  • 1+ years of graphic design experience (relevant internships or production experience considered)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong interest in print, packaging and production design
  • Basic understanding of print production and preparing files for print
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Packaging, label, CPG, manufacturing or other product-based design experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work fully onsite in Knoxville, TN
