About the Role
Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced creative team supporting healthcare & wellness clinics. This onsite role (Houston / Trammells area) focuses on producing polished marketing and patient-facing materials across print and digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for designers with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow skills in branding, campaign work, and healthcare marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Design creative marketing materials for print and digital
- Support advertising campaigns with on-brand assets
- Create social media graphics and promotional visuals
- Develop event signage and clinic collateral
- Update and maintain existing creative assets and templates
- Assist with website graphics and simple web assets
- Prepare production-ready files for print vendors
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Support internal communications with design deliverables
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (entry-level to early career)
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, composition, typography, and attention to detail
- Experience designing for both print and digital channels
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Basic understanding of preparing files for print (bleeds, color modes, file types)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience creating social media templates and assets for paid campaigns
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and maintaining consistent systems
- Some exposure to website asset creation (assets exported for web, simple HTML/CSS awareness)
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer-facing marketing environments
Compensation (Estimated)
- Estimated annual compensation: $60,404 per year (market estimate shown on source listing). Actual pay will be determined by Confidential Client and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
