What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s two‑year Global Graduate development journey prepares you to become an In‑Service Repair Stress Engineer I. Typical responsibilities include:
- Review and interpret damage reports of aircraft structures from maintenance organizations and verify repair solutions with support.
- Document analyses for trade studies and certification projects.
- Use analysis and modeling tools such as Hypermesh, MS Excel, Google Workspace and proprietary engineering tools.
- Learn and apply Confidential Client methods for structural sizing and certification documentation.
- Develop an understanding of structural analysis concepts and apply them to practical structural sizing problems.
- Participate in at least one rotational placement (U.S. and possible overseas placements based on project and development needs).
Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
- BS degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil) with strong emphasis on structural design/analysis and mechanics of materials. MS is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs.
Program & Work Arrangement
- Start date: June 2027.
- Two‑year structured graduate program with soft‑skill development (leadership, resilience, communication, emotional intelligence), technical training, and an annual in‑person development week with the global graduate community.
- Onsite/remote expectation: ~80% onsite at Wichita, KS locations with U.S.‑based rotations centered on Confidential Client Americas engineering sites.
- This is an entry‑level, full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity.
Physical & Practical Requirements
- Regular use of computer screens and ability to read engineering drawings.
- Ability to communicate in person and via teleconference.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 30 lbs (14 kg); occasional pushing/pulling and light physical movements such as squatting/kneeling.
- Ability to sit for extended periods during meetings and computer work.
