What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Service Data Analyst I working for our confidential client in Atlanta, GA (hybrid), you will own and maintain the core data structures and reporting streams that support field service operations. This is an entry-level role with exposure to advanced, persona-driven AI-assisted workflows and cross-functional reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Own and revalidate the foundational data structure used for operational reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Reconcile and maintain multiple operational dashboards to improve data integrity and usability for end users.
  • Support the design and implementation of persona-driven, AI-assisted workflows (for example, Field Service Persona Dashboards) to enhance user engagement and operational insight.
  • Collaborate with systems, process, and data leads to translate reporting requirements into reliable data models.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide clear, actionable documentation for analytics consumers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting automation and process improvements related to data quality and reporting.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.
  • Experience or familiarity with data management, dashboard reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in or foundational knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and persona-driven workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn modern data tooling and AI techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Accurate, documented foundational data model used by operational dashboards.
  • Reduced dashboard reconciliation issues and faster resolution times for reported discrepancies.
  • Contribution to at least one prototype or pilot of a persona-driven AI-assisted workflow.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholder teams on report reliability and usability.

The role will sit within the client’s building automation/service organization that delivers software-enabled solutions, sensors, controls, monitoring, and service offerings to customers across commercial and industrial facilities.

You will join a team that combines domain expertise with large-scale data to improve operations and advance AI-driven service capabilities.

  • Office location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid work model).
  • Reports to: Systems, Process & Data leader / equivalent.
