What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring new graduate nurses for their Cardiology Telemetry unit. This is an entry-level Registered Nurse role with structured clinical support through a Nurse Residency Program during the first year.
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN and Nurse Leadership.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient status per unit policy.
- Assist with cardiac and invasive procedures as directed by RN/MD teams.
- Administer medications, perform assessments, document care and escalate changes in condition.
- Participate in Nurse Residency training, competency evaluation and scheduled education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (cardiology, cath lab, case management, respiratory therapy).
- Maintain unit-specific competencies and follow nursing policy and procedures.
- Work a 36-hour schedule in a day/night rotating pattern.
Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Graduate of a state-approved or accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration — graduating students must provide NCLEX registration documentation when eligible.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 0–1 years related work experience; entry-level/new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with web-based clinical systems.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work a 36-hour rotating schedule (day/night).

Compensation & Schedule
- Base pay: $37.00 per hour (base hourly wage range: $37.00 - $37.00).
- Schedule: 36 hours per week; day/night rotating shifts.
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt.
- Actual total compensation may include shift differentials, overtime or other premium pay as applicable and permitted by law.
What You’ll Gain
