Overview
Confidential Client is hiring Graduate Nurse (GN) positions at their Cypress, TX campus for the Winter 2027 cohort. This is an entry-level nursing role designed for new nursing graduates who will work under RN supervision, grow clinical skills, and progress toward independent practice. The GN provides direct patient care, participates in assessments and treatments, documents care, and collaborates with the interprofessional care team to support safe, effective outcomes.
What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Nurse you will:
- Provide professional nursing care to a diverse patient population under RN supervision.
- Perform nursing assessments, assist with exams and treatments, and support procedures.
- Administer medications and use clinical technology under appropriate supervision.
- Contribute to patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Document care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team to coordinate care.
- Participate in competency assessments and apply feedback to improve clinical performance.
- Act as a patient and family advocate to support patient rights and needs.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing preferred; Associates degree may be considered.
- Experience:
- New graduates are encouraged to apply — zero years of professional RN experience required.
- Completion of clinical rotations in a hospital setting as part of your nursing program.
- FLSA status: Non-exempt

Licenses & Certifications (Required)
- GN — Graduate Nurse Temporary State Licensure (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) as applicable.
- BLS — Basic Life Support (AHA) or Instructor (AHA).
Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrates emerging clinical skills and competency through ongoing assessments.
- Proficient English communication (speaking, reading, writing) necessary for patient and team interactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers using a customer-service approach.
- Developing assessment, organizational, time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Progression toward clinical judgment consistent with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
- Commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and continuous learning.

- Estimated base pay: $70,472 per year (estimated).
