What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring Graduate Nurses for its Continuing Care Hospital (positions available at Katy and the Texas Medical Center locations). This entry-level role supports patient care under RN supervision and is designed to develop clinical competence through guided practice.

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to a diverse patient population under RN supervision
• Perform nursing assessments, assist with exams and treatments, and document care in the medical record
• Administer medications and perform basic procedures per protocol and supervision
• Collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional healthcare team to implement and update care plans
• Educate patients and families about care, discharge planning, and post-discharge resources
• Participate in competency assessments, skills validation, and apply feedback to improve clinical performance
• Contribute to unit-based goals for quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school preferred; Associates degree considered
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply — zero years of paid nursing experience required
• Completion of clinical rotations in a hospital setting as part of nursing program
• Eligible for Graduate Nurse Temporary state licensure (required for Texas locations)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

• Strong communication skills — effectively interact with patients, families, physicians and teammates
• Demonstrated progression in assessment, prioritization, time management and clinical judgment
• Ability to learn and apply hospital policies, safety practices, and regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and basic computer documentation workflows
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Compensation (Estimated)

• Estimated annual pay (job listing): $35,832 per year (estimated). Actual pay may vary by location, experience, and role. Where required by state law, final pay details will be provided during the hiring process.
