About the Role
Join a Confidential Client as a field-based Graduate (Nationwide Travel) in an entry-level, travel-heavy role supporting energy efficiency projects for large commercial clients. This role provides full training, strong bonus potential, and all travel expenses covered while you perform on-site lighting audits and collect project data.
- Travel nationwide Monday–Friday, visiting multiple sites per week (high travel — ~90%).
- Conduct on-site lighting and infrastructure audits: count fixtures, map layouts, take photos.
- Collect, record, and upload data using a tablet and Excel.
- Manage travel logistics, expense reporting, and daily site reporting.
- Work independently in the field and coordinate with project teams to support delivery of energy-saving solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate on-site audits (count fixtures, note conditions, map layouts).
- Capture photos and measurements and log data into tablets/Excel reliably.
- Follow project checklists and quality standards for data collection.
- Coordinate travel and lodging as required (expenses reimbursed).
- Communicate findings to project managers and support installation teams.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Comfortable with ~90% travel and working independently on-site.
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow checklists.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a credit card or company-approved method for travel expenses.
- Strong basic computer skills (tablet use, Excel/data entry).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to represent the Confidential Client onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $50,000 per year (as advertised).
- Quarterly bonuses (approx. $10,000 annually target) plus an additional 5% bonus structure.
- Per diem allowances and full travel expenses paid (flights, hotels, approved ground transport).
