About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a New Graduate Engineer for the Products Business Line. This is an entry-level, one-year rotational development program that exposes new graduates to laboratory work, engineering, product support, sales support, project management and field services. You will learn product line management for equipment such as crushing and conveying systems, screening, milling and grinding, separation, thickening and filtration, pyromet, and sampling & analysis.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform laboratory tests, analyze samples and prepare technical reports for customers.
  • Provide product technical support to sales teams and customers (onsite and remote), including product sizing, troubleshooting and wear-life or condition monitoring analysis.
  • Create and improve technical tools and collateral (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel) for internal and external stakeholders — technical presentations, case studies and reference documentation.
  • Support Global Product Line Management activities: pricing, procurement/supply chain, inventory, sales support, product development and product launches.
  • Participate in rotations that may include hands-on field assignments, lab testing, 3D modelling and basic system calculations.
  • Present findings to internal teams and customer groups; work collaboratively across global teams.
  • Travel as required (up to ~20%).

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Mining, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply technical information rapidly.
  • Good time-management, attention to detail, and a demonstrated drive to deliver results.
  • Positive team player who is comfortable working across functions and presenting to groups.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid-flexible model based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Location & Travel

  • Hybrid-flexible role based in Salt Lake City, UT (office-based presence expected as part of the program).
  • Travel up to approximately 20%, depending on assignment.
