Role overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer (entry-level) to join their engineering team in Olathe, KS. This is a full-time, entry-level process engineering role supporting water, wastewater, and industrial water systems across infrastructure projects. Relocation assistance is available; visa sponsorship is not.
What you'll do
- Support design and technical work for water, wastewater, and process systems for power plants and industrial customers.
- Provide internal engineering support for water system designs across multiple technologies.
- Read, interpret, and apply departmental design guides, engineering codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Contribute to preparation of engineering deliverables such as drawings, reports, specifications, and limited-scope studies.
- Perform routine research and recommend equipment and materials selections.
- Collect, organize, and manage engineering data.
- Prepare basic engineering calculations using standard methods.
- Work to budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Share current knowledge of relevant technology and processes with project teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable standards.
- Familiarity with water and wastewater industry trends and technologies.
- Understanding of company quality systems and basic constructability principles.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program (or recognized equivalent).
- Ability to complete pre-employment checks as required by law, which may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records review.
- Eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Location: Olathe, KS. Hybrid or flexible work options may be available after the first 90 days based on manager direction and job responsibilities.
