Government Lending Annual Servicing Manager
The Government Lending Annual Servicing Manager is responsible for managing the annual servicing process of Confidential Client's government loan portfolio, including financial statement analysis, credit file updates, and risk rating adjustments. This entry-level role involves collaboration with relationship managers, SBA administrators, and borrowers to ensure compliance with Confidential Client policies and regulatory guidelines, while supporting loan servicing actions and performing site visits as needed.

What You’ll Do
This role supports the annual servicing and administrative management of a government-guaranteed loan portfolio for our confidential client. As an entry-level Government Lending Annual Servicing Manager you will take ownership of assigned servicing tasks, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and help maintain credit file integrity.
- Request business and personal financial statements and other required documents from Relationship Managers or borrowers to update credit files.
- Spread updated financial statements and perform stand-alone and/or global cash flow analyses.
- Prepare annual servicing memos per established guidelines and route completed memos with original credit approvals to the SBA Credit Administrator when required.
- Submit risk-rating changes through the bank’s tracking system after completing annual servicing.
- Review SBA 7(a) past-due reports weekly with the SBA Credit Administrator to prioritize early reviews when needed.
- Reconcile 1502 reporting to confirm all loans requiring servicing are on the master servicing list.
- Complete CLAR reviews twice per year and assist with servicing action requests as needed.
- Perform borrower site visits when required and escalate credit or compliance issues appropriately.
- Maintain a month-by-month servicing work log for SBA Credit Administrator and senior management review.
- Collaborate with the SBA administrative team and relationship managers to resolve open servicing items.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in cross-training and professional development to improve servicing accuracy and efficiency.
- Support reasonable marketing or outreach efforts and other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field is recommended.
- Minimum ~1 year experience in a related credit, lending, or financial analysis role (entry-level candidates with relevant internship or coursework are considered).
- Working knowledge of SBA SOPs and SBA 7(a) servicing concepts preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable preparing memos and business correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and to work cooperatively across teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with periodic travel to meetings or site visits as required.
Work Location, Telecommute & Equipment Requirements
This position is offered as telecommute/remote (jobLocationType: TELECOMMUTE) — candidates may be located in multiple U.S. states, including Virginia and North Carolina. Telecommuting employees must maintain a secure, private home office free from background noise and distractions and have a reliable wired or fixed home internet connection (cable or fiber preferred; mobile hotspots are not acceptable). Travel to regional meetings or client sites may be required from time to time.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws (including Colorado and Virginia), the anticipated salary range for this role is:
- USD 49,863 — USD 79,653 per year
