  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using deep Go expertise during AI validation and integration
  • Implement and maintain scalable backend components to support LLM training and deployment workflows
  • Provide constructive code reviews, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices
  • Contribute to public GitHub repositories and large codebases (feature development, refactors, tests)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record in Golang
  • Hands-on experience reviewing and validating AI/LLM-produced code or working with code-generation tools

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-driven approach to engineering

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with LLM training pipelines, model fine-tuning, or large-scale data workflows
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, observability, and performance tuning in Go services
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Prior experience validating outputs from AI-assisted development tools

What You’ll Gain

  • Work remotely (U.S.-based), contributing to cutting-edge AI products used for dialog and question-answering
  • A role that blends hands-on engineering with AI validation and product impact
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and opportunities to contribute to open-source projects
