Position overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Global Product Manager (Remote) to own product strategy and delivery for global product lines within the medical devices industry. This role partners with R&D, regulatory, marketing, commercial, and supply chain teams to define roadmaps, launch products globally, and drive business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned global product(s), aligning stakeholders across regions.
- Lead go-to-market planning and cross-functional launches, including marketing, training, and field enablement.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements; prioritize backlog and feature trade-offs.
- Partner with engineering/R&D and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, timely product development and market introductions.
- Monitor product performance (sales, adoption, margin) and drive continuous improvement and lifecycle decisions.
- Engage customers and internal stakeholders to validate value propositions and collect feedback.
- Serve as the product voice of the customer in commercial and technical discussions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with global or multi-region responsibilities.
- Experience in the medical devices or other regulated healthcare/technical industries.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and commercial results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders and global teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background with regulatory pathways, quality systems, or clinical/technical product support.
- Experience with global market entry and localization strategies.
- Advanced degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Prior P&L or commercial accountability for a product line.
