What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a GenAI Python Systems Engineer (Experienced Associate) to design, build, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for clients. You will work within a Data & Analytics Engineering practice to turn raw data into production-ready models and pipelines that drive measurable business value.
- Design and implement AI systems and machine-learning pipelines using Python and libraries such as Scikit-Learn.
- Build, test, and maintain ETL/data pipelines that prepare data for modeling and deployment.
- Develop, validate, and productionize machine learning models to deliver client-facing solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to uncover patterns and guide technical decisions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reproducibility across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — data engineers, product owners, and stakeholders — to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support automation and AI-driven cognitive solutions for clients.
- Accept feedback, document work clearly, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience working with data, software engineering, or machine learning projects.
- Proficiency in Python and demonstrated experience using machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data wrangling and transformation.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have
- Educational background in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Certifications or hands-on experience with cloud platforms and data tooling (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in client-facing or production environments.
- Familiarity with model validation, monitoring, and deployment best practices.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, client-driven engagements and adapting to diverse technical stacks.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws for the hiring location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus where applicable.
