Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Futures & OTC Client Service Analyst (Hybrid) to manage front-to-back operational client relationships for futures and OTC clearing clients. This role provides white-glove client service, coordinates with Operations and Front Office stakeholders, drives client automation, and resolves complex processing issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned futures & OTC clearing clients and drive timely resolution of client queries.
• Diagnose and resolve complex process issues using industry-standard securities and derivatives processing knowledge.
• Propose and implement advanced solutions for assigned processing areas.
• Lead initiatives to reduce high-risk manual touch points and advance client automation.
• Act as the in-house expert on clients’ futures clearing operations.
• Provide white-glove service across the client lifecycle and ensure operational items are closed promptly.
• Help design and document streamlined processes to increase team efficiency.
• Assess operational risk and escalate control issues; act in compliance with laws, internal policy, and ethical standards to protect the firm and its clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, client service, or securities/derivatives processing.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Experience with client onboarding, clearing workflows, or automation projects preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, front office, and technology partners.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Location & schedule

• Hybrid role based in Five Corners, NJ (expected on-site schedule will be discussed during the interview).

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range (Full-time): $78,320 — $109,280 per year.
• In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
