What You’ll Do
As a Functional Technology Analyst, you will partner with business and technology teams to deliver projects and improvements that support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to help ensure timely delivery.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements to enable effective solutions.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
- Track project risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones; escalate and drive resolution when needed.
- Assist in process-improvement and digital-transformation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
- Produce concise status updates, presentations, and data-driven analyses for stakeholders.
- Use Excel and collaboration tools to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Internship or academic project experience preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation
- Estimated pay: $224,472 per year (estimated). Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location.
