About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate for their automotive sales team in Symmes, OH. This entry-level sales role is ideal for recent college graduates who are competitive, tech-savvy, and motivated to build a high-earning career in automotive sales. No prior automotive experience required — we provide training.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with customers online, by phone, and in person to understand needs and recommend vehicles.
- Consult with buyers on product features, safety, technology, and financing options.
- Manage and grow your digital sales pipeline using CRM tools and social media.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; all majors welcome).
- Competitive drive and a desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong verbal listening and presentation skills — able to tell a compelling story to customers.
- Professional appearance, integrity, and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay during training with uncapped commission potential.
- $2,000 signing bonus (eligible for candidates who graduated within the last 12 months).
- Up to $6,000 retention bonus (approximately $3,000 at 6 months and $3,000 at 12 months).
- Compensation shown in the original posting: $3,000 per month (approximately $36,000/year) base during initial period.
