Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to work onsite at their rehabilitation facility in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. You will design and deliver individualized rehabilitation programs, perform detailed assessments, and support patients across the lifespan to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify impairments, functional deficits, and goals.
- Diagnose movement dysfunctions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Teach and supervise therapeutic exercises to ensure proper technique and safety.
- Deliver manual therapy and other hands-on interventions as clinically appropriate.
- Train patients in safe use of assistive devices (walkers, wheelchairs, etc.).
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and ongoing self-management.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will treat a diverse caseload including pediatric sports injuries, adult orthopedics, and elderly patients managing chronic conditions. The role requires adaptability to meet varying clinical needs and to create meaningful outcomes for patients from different backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and basic clinic software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing clinical demands.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred; motivated new graduates with relevant internships or clinical rotations will be considered.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation techniques across age ranges and evidence-based therapeutic modalities is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
