About the Role
We are partnering with a confidential client seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join an experienced engineering team building scalable, user-facing products. This role is a hands-on engineering position where you'll ship features across the stack, collaborate closely with Product and Design, and help raise the bar for code quality and developer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to product roadmap execution by designing and shipping impactful features with your cross-functional squad
- Translate UX designs into polished, accessible front-end experiences
- Build and maintain back-end services and APIs to support product requirements
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews
- Help scope and estimate work; deliver with attention to quality and performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success on fixes and improvements
- Participate in architectural discussions, documentation, and engineering best practices
- Use AI coding assistants and internal automations responsibly to accelerate delivery while owning correctness
About You
- 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend development
- Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript, and familiarity with Python (Django) is a plus
- Comfortable shipping code across the full product lifecycle: ideation → delivery → maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Enthusiastic about learning, mentoring, and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture
- Comfortable using AI-assisted developer tools as part of your workflow

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
- Equity + up to 10% annual bonus (paid quarterly)
