What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications and microservices for a Confidential Client in the Oil and Gas sector. You will work on backend services, front-end web applications, APIs, and CI/CD automation while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Develop backend services and microservices using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Build responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript
- Design, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations
- Deploy, monitor, and support applications on Microsoft Azure
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation (Azure DevOps, Git)
- Write and maintain automated tests (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Playwright)
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and support releases
- Collaborate with product owners, domain experts, and other engineers in an Agile workflow
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills)
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures
- Experience deploying and operating applications using Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Playwright)
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, common design patterns, and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem solving and communication skills; able to work in cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / AKS
- Familiarity with Node.js
- Experience with application logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools
- Prior exposure to drilling, rig systems, or energy-industry domains is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record building and shipping production-grade applications
- Authorization to work in the United States (I-9 verification required if hired)
