What You’ll Do
You’ll join an early-stage software development team building the operating layer for AI-scale data center infrastructure. Working closely with founders and customers, you will take features from idea to production across backend systems, AI workflows, and web & mobile interfaces. Your work will be deployed in live facilities and used to prevent outages and keep critical infrastructure running.
- Build and maintain backend systems and production services that integrate equipment data, engineering knowledge, and live telemetry
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation that surface issues before they become outages
- Ship user-facing web and mobile features that help operations teams respond under pressure
- Make architectural decisions that prioritize reliability, observability, and rapid iteration
- Collaborate directly with customers and founders to shape product direction and deliver high-impact solutions
- Own features end-to-end — design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking engineers who are comfortable across the stack, enthusiastic about reliability and systems that operate in the physical world, and excited to take broad ownership.
- Proven experience building backend systems and production services
- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven workflows, telemetry, and data integrations
- Hands-on experience delivering web and/or mobile interfaces in production
- Product-oriented mindset; ability to work directly with customers and iterate quickly
- Strong decision-making and system-design skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD per year (San Francisco, CA)
