What You’ll Do
This senior Full Stack Engineer will own features end-to-end across the stack — from UI and front-end experience to backend services and data. You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to ship reliable, maintainable web products.
- Own full lifecycle delivery for features: design discussions, implementation, testing, and production monitoring
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces that are performant and accessible
- Design and implement server-side services and APIs to support product features
- Improve engineering practices: code review, automated tests, CI/CD, observability
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead post-incident reviews to reduce recurrence
- Mentor peers and contribute to technical roadmap discussions
What We’re Looking For
We want a pragmatic senior generalist who balances quality and speed, takes ownership of delivery, and communicates clearly across teams.
- Proven experience delivering full-stack web applications in a production environment
- Comfortable working across front-end and back-end codebases and owning features end-to-end
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with attention to maintainability and testability
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with product and design partners
- Self-driven, able to prioritize and execute with limited supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent)
- Experience building and shipping web applications (front-end and back-end)
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, version control
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small project teams
- Background working at fast-moving startups or product-led teams
- Knowledge of performance tuning and observability tooling
