What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a contract Full Stack Engineer to deliver high-quality software components and collaborate with a distributed team. This is a remote role with flexible weekly hours (10–40 hrs/week).

• Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules to meet project requirements.
• Analyze solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide feedback on data structures, algorithms, and debugging approaches.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative code management throughout assignments.
• Document technical approaches and code logic clearly for team visibility.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Who You Are / Requirements

• Strong, relevant software development experience (contract or full-time).
• Proficiency in core programming concepts and at least one major programming language.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging methodologies.
• Proven experience using Git in collaborative software projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; responsive and clear in remote collaboration.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule within a 10–40 hrs/week commitment.

Compensation & Commitment

• Contract rate: $60.00/hr – $120.00/hr (base pay range provided by Confidential Client).
• Commitment: 10–40 hours per week.
• Engagement type: Contract (CONTRACTOR).
