What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is looking for full-stack engineers who own features end-to-end and ship product-quality software. In this role you will:

• Design and implement data models, APIs, and user interfaces for customer-facing features.
• Build and scale web apps and integrations that move from MVP to production.
• Work with LLMs and AI components to embed model-driven experiences into product workflows.
• Implement agent-driven and real-time interfaces that convert complex AI output into usable UX.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure features meet user needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and iterate quickly on performance, reliability, and UX.
• Communicate tradeoffs and propose pragmatic designs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Who We're Looking For

We encourage applicants who match the following profile:

• 2–8 years building product features in modern full-stack environments.
• Proven experience shipping end-to-end: schema → API → UI.
• Strong with one or more modern stacks (TypeScript + React; Node.js or Python; Postgres or similar).
• Practical experience or active work with LLMs / generative-AI integrations.
• Product-oriented: you care about user outcomes, not just tickets.
• Comfortable at high-growth startups where scope is broad and problems are ambiguous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to present technical tradeoffs clearly.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required where equivalent experience exists.

Teams at Confidential Client are focused on AI-native products and infrastructure, including:

• AI-first web applications where the LLM is core to the product experience.
• Customer-facing dashboards and workflows across healthcare, fintech, legal, logistics and more.
• Agent-driven interfaces and real-time UIs that structure complex model output.
• Robust APIs, integrations, and data models that scale from prototype to enterprise.
• Features owned by individual engineers from schema to screen.

Compensation & Equity

• Base salary range (reported by hiring clients): $160,000 to $275,000+ (varies by role and experience).
• Many roles include meaningful equity at pre-seed through Series B companies.
• Benefits and perks vary by the hiring client and will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview Process (Typical)

• Introductory screening to assess communication, product sense, and culture fit.
• Technical deep-dive: design a feature end-to-end (data model → API → UI).

• Final conversations to review ownership, tradeoffs, and fit with the client team.
