Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a small, high-velocity engineering team building an AI-native platform for wellness businesses. This role is front-end leaning but fully full-stack: you will ship product-facing features, partner dashboards, and internal tools from day one, working closely with engineering leadership.

What you’ll build

• Partner and consumer experiences — control panels and consumer clinical flows that power a two-sided marketplace.
• Dashboards — partner analytics, consumer progress views, and internal ops dashboards.
• AI-powered workflows — instrument agentic frameworks and AI primitives into product features and internal tools.
• Data-driven features — leverage an analytics-first data layer built for AI.

Technical stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Backend: Go, GraphQL, MongoDB
• Cloud & infra: Google Cloud (including Healthcare API)
• AI tooling: Claude Code and agentic dev environments
• CI/CD: modern pipelines with linting, checks, AI-assisted code review, and feature-flag deployments

Minimum qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience, ideally at a startup or fast-moving team.
• Strong React + TypeScript experience; experience shipping production frontends.
• Comfort working across the stack: frontend-first, but able to wire APIs and interact with databases.
• Daily familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and comfortable using AI as part of your workflow.
• Comfortable with fast iteration and a startup pace.
• Motivated to ship frequently, learn rapidly, and grow into a senior engineering role.

Nice-to-haves

• E-commerce or marketplace experience (two-sided products, transaction flows).
• Prior work with healthcare or clinical data APIs is a plus but not required.

• What matters less: formal CS degree or specific domain expertise — non-traditional paths are welcome.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
• Meaningful early-employee equity grant.
