What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of modern web applications. This role offers hands-on experience across the full stack and direct collaboration with designers, backend engineers, QA, and product teams.
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Build user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript using frameworks such as React or Angular
- Implement server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), or .NET Core
- Write and optimize SQL queries and work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Debug, triage, and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews; follow software engineering best practices and Agile workflows
- Create and run unit and integration tests; support application deployment and basic operations
- Document technical designs and features and stay current with web development trends and tools
What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level, full-time role suited for recent graduates, bootcamp grads, or candidates with internship/project experience who want to grow into a full stack developer.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Basic knowledge of back-end frameworks: Spring Boot, Express.js, Django/Flask, or ASP.NET Core
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and basic NoSQL concepts
- Experience using Git or other version control systems
- Solid foundations in object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tooling
Preferred Qualifications
These are not required but will help you ramp faster in the role.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js in projects or internships
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth)
- Internship, academic projects, or personal projects demonstrating full stack development
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr (hourly). Exact pay will be based on skills and experience.
