What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across front-end and back-end areas, collaborate with product and design partners, and help drive engineering best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow software development best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates
• Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and a strong user experience
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve product and development workflows
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and specs
• Work with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications and experience expected for success in this role:

• Recent graduate (within the past 12 months) or equivalent practical experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent credential) preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong back-end development fundamentals and familiarity with server-side programming
• Proficiency with front-end technologies and building responsive user interfaces
• Familiarity with database management systems and schema design
• Experience using version control systems (Git) for collaborative development
• Strong technical writing skills; ability to create clear documentation and diagrams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and research skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and participating in design/architecture discussions
• Hands-on experience creating flowcharts, system diagrams, and technical specifications
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and interest in continuous learning
