Full Stack Engineer
The Full Stack Engineer at Confidential Client will develop and maintain backend systems, AI workflows, and web and mobile interfaces that support critical data center infrastructure for AI applications. This role involves close collaboration with founders and customers to make architectural decisions and deliver reliable tools that operate in live facilities, directly impacting the AI infrastructure landscape.

What You’ll Do
This Full Stack Engineer role will own product features end-to-end — from design and architecture to production support. You’ll work on systems that connect equipment data, live telemetry, and engineering knowledge to keep data center facilities online and reliable.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs that power AI workflows and operational tooling
- Design and deliver web and mobile interfaces used by engineering teams and customers under pressure
- Shape system architecture and make tradeoffs around reliability, observability, and performance
- Integrate telemetry and equipment data into production workflows and monitoring pipelines
- Collaborate directly with founders, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
- Own deployments, incident response, and ongoing operational improvements for services you ship
Who You Are / Qualifications
We welcome entry-level and early-career engineers who are excited to learn and take ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Practical experience building production backend systems, APIs, or data pipelines
- Experience delivering web or mobile user interfaces and collaborating with product/design partners
- Strong problem-solving skills and an emphasis on reliability and observability in production systems
- Comfortable making architecture decisions and communicating tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Customer-facing mindset; able to translate operational requirements into product features
Nice-to-Haves

- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or systems that process telemetry and device data
- Experience working at an early-stage team or shipping features with high ownership expectations
Location, Role Type & Compensation
- Location: Boston, MA (on-site / hybrid expectations discussed during interview)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Salary range: USD 120,000 — 180,000 per year (reported by our client)
