What You’ll Do

This entry-level Full Stack Engineer role provides hands-on, full lifecycle development experience. You will work with experienced engineers to build, maintain, and support modern enterprise portals and backend services.

• Assist in developing web portals using Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
• Contribute to backend services and integrations using Node.js, C#, and Python where applicable
• Implement RESTful APIs and data access patterns, collaborating on SQL Server-based solutions
• Support Azure-hosted solutions, including containerization (AKS) and managed services (Key Vault)
• Participate in CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to streamline deployments and releases
• Create and maintain unit tests and basic automated test scripts
• Follow secure coding practices and assist in managing secrets via Azure Key Vault
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis for production and pre-production issues
• Work in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, issue tracking, and progress reporting (Jira)
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX, QA, implementation partners, and offshore teams to deliver features on schedule
• Adhere to coding standards, documentation practices, and the organization’s values of integrity and excellence

Qualifications

We encourage applicants who meet the following minimums and are excited to grow in a practical engineering environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or soon-to-graduate candidates with relevant internships/co-ops/academic projects
• 0–3 years of experience (internships and academic projects count); this is an entry/associate level position
• Hands-on or academic experience with Angular and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Node.js and building RESTful APIs
• Basic understanding of Azure services, containerization (AKS), and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to SQL Server and relational data concepts
• Familiarity with C# or Python is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Effective communicator and team player; able to work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to follow secure coding practices and comply with data protection standards

Location & Work Model

This position is based in Fenton, MO and is offered as a hybrid role requiring both remote and in-office work. Candidates must be able to regularly attend in-person meetings at the Fenton office as determined by management.
