Full Stack Engineer
The Full Stack Engineer at Confidential Client is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered web applications using React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI on Azure cloud infrastructure. This role involves architecting scalable, containerized solutions, integrating large language models and AI agents, building data engineering pipelines, and leading technical best practices and mentorship across cross-functional teams to support the organization's digital transformation and product engineering initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain full stack AI-powered web applications that support business needs and end-user experiences. You will work with product, data science, and engineering partners to integrate AI capabilities into production systems and ensure applications are reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Design and implement frontend and backend components for AI-enabled web applications
- Integrate machine learning models, AI APIs, or inference endpoints into application workflows
- Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs and data pipelines that support AI features
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to convert models and prototypes into production-ready services
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD best practices
- Monitor application performance and iterate to improve reliability, latency, and user experience
- Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with applicable policies
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications with production deployments
- Experience integrating AI or machine-learning capabilities into applications (model calls, inference endpoints, or AI APIs)
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development patterns and web application architecture
- Practical knowledge of API design, data storage, and data flow between services
- Familiarity with testing, version control, CI/CD, and observability practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to secure coding practices and maintaining user privacy
Preferred (Nice-to-have)
- Prior experience deploying or consuming ML models in production
- Experience working with cloud platforms or managed services to host web and AI workloads
- Background in performance tuning, scalability, or production monitoring for AI-enabled services
Location & Work Authorization
