What You’ll Do
This single posting represents multiple technical and project roles that our Confidential Client is hiring for on-site in Richmond, KY. Depending on the specific position (Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Project Manager, QA Engineer), day-to-day work may include some combination of the responsibilities below:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software and services.
- Implement and support cloud-based solutions and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
- Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces and scalable back-end APIs.
- Analyze business requirements, gather stakeholder input, and translate needs into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis, build reports/dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Write and execute test plans, automate regression tests, and ensure high product quality.
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on-time and to specification.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience (or comparable experience).
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt to changing project priorities in an on-site work environment.
Preferred / Role-Specific Skills
Candidates will be stronger matches with some of the following, depending on the opening:
- Full Stack / Front-End: modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), HTML/CSS, responsive design.
- Back-End / Java Developer: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
- Data: SQL, data modeling, ETL concepts, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Python/R for analysis.
- DevOps / Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP, containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- QA: test automation frameworks, unit/integration testing, test planning and defect tracking.
