Overview
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Frontier Certified Engineers (FCE) to join a next-generation engineering program that combines AI, software engineering, cloud, data, automation, and modern delivery practices. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career technologists who want structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn to use AI-assisted development tools and agents to build and improve software solutions
- Write, test, debug, and enhance code while collaborating with teammates and AI tools
- Support development of AI-enabled applications, workflows, and automation solutions
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, and business relevance
- Contribute to knowledge systems, retrieval workflows, and data-driven solutions that improve AI experiences
- Participate in testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and operational support activities
- Collaborate in a small, cross-functional pod to deliver customer and business outcomes
- Apply responsible AI principles and engineering best practices
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and delivery approaches
- Complete technical training, certifications, and hands-on project work
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with technical experience from coursework, internships, co-ops, research, military experience, certifications, hackathons, capstone projects, or personal projects
- Demonstrated interest in software development, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, data engineering, or automation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn
- Ownership mindset and accountability for delivering high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- Experience with one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar
- Exposure to cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, or prompt engineering
- Experience with APIs, automation platforms, databases, or data engineering concepts
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Participation in academic, personal, or internship projects involving software, AI, cloud, data, or automation
- Interest in responsible AI and continuous technical learning
Training & Certification
- Pass the Frontier Center of Excellence assessment covering AI foundations, software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, production delivery, and business fundamentals
- Complete the Frontier engineering bootcamp with hands-on project work in a collaborative pod
- Participate in ongoing technical learning and Frontier engineering development programs
- Work alongside experienced Frontier practitioners while building skills for AI-native systems

This opportunity is based in one of the following office locations; associates are expected to work from one of these offices and follow hybrid expectations:
- Plano, TX
- Charlotte, NC
- Teaneck, NJ
- Bridgewater, NJ

Start Date
Frontier Certified Engineers are expected to begin employment in Summer 2026. Exact start dates will be communicated with sufficient time for candidates to plan.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $100,000 USD (Associate-level)
- May be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program (subject to plan terms)
