Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist to support a healthcare-facing administrative team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors and is ideal for recent graduates who want to build experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, and patient-facing office operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, and general front desk tasks
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and administrative systems
  • Coordinate appointment details and provide clear instructions to patients
  • Manage paperwork, forms, and other administrative tasks
  • Follow up with patients as needed to support a smooth visit experience
  • Support daily front office operations and collaborate with the team
