What You’ll Do

As an FP&A Consultant (Experienced Associate) supporting a confidential client, you will work on Advisory engagements to improve financial performance and decision-making. Typical responsibilities include:

• Analyzing financial data and developing performance metrics and KPIs
• Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to improve operational efficiency
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Using financial management and data visualization tools to surface insights
• Creating budgets, monitoring trends, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities
• Conducting complex data analysis to inform business decisions
• Collaborating directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Gathering and synthesizing information from diverse sources; applying a learning mindset to continually improve deliverables

Qualifications

What you must have:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in finance, consulting, or a related field

What Sets You Apart (Preferred)

Candidates who demonstrate the following will stand out:

• Degree or coursework in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance
• Prior industry exposure (for example: Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, Consumer Packaged Goods)
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with data visualization tools and financial management software
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; active listening and collaboration across diverse teams
• Experience helping to design or optimize financial processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will follow applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus (where applicable).
• Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave. Specific benefits depend on the confidential client’s offerings and location.
