Responsibilities

As an FP&A Consultant (Experienced Associate) you will support client engagements that improve financial performance and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Analyze financial data and build performance metrics and KPIs to inform leadership decisions
• Design and implement performance management frameworks to drive operational efficiency
• Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to represent real-world scenarios and support strategic planning
• Use financial management and data-visualization tools to extract insights and present findings
• Monitor financial trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions
• Gather and synthesize information from diverse sources; apply critical thinking to discern patterns
• Apply a learning mindset to grow technical skills and contribute to team success

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability with financial modeling and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with quantitative data
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Risk Management/Insurance, or similar
• Prior industry experience (e.g., Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, Consumer Packaged Goods) is a plus
• Experience using data visualization tools to transform analysis into insights
• Familiarity with financial management software or enterprise planning tools
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative work style

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location in accordance with applicable employment laws.
• Eligible employees may receive an annual discretionary bonus.
• Confidential Client offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefits may vary by location and role).
