What You’ll Do

As an FP&A Consultant (Experienced Associate) you’ll support finance and advisory engagements that improve clients’ financial performance, forecasts, and decision-making. You’ll work on client teams to analyze data, build models, and design performance-management frameworks that drive operational and strategic improvements.

• Analyze financial data and develop meaningful performance metrics and KPIs
• Design and implement performance-management frameworks to improve operational efficiency
• Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Use financial management and data-visualization tools to surface insights for stakeholders
• Create budgets, monitor trends, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Conduct complex data analysis to inform business decisions and executive recommendations
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Apply a continuous-learning mindset to broaden technical skills and contribute to team success

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in finance, consulting, or analytics
• Demonstrable experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial and operational data
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

What Sets You Apart

• Degree or coursework in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance
• Prior industry experience (e.g., Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, Consumer Packaged Goods)
• Experience using data visualization or financial-management software to deliver insights
• Proven ability to apply complex data analysis to business problems and communicate results clearly
• Interest in growing client-facing consulting skills and technical depth

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 – $100,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, and location, and will comply with applicable employment laws.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• Our client’s benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement/401(k), paid time off, and other standard offerings. Specific benefits will be provided by the employer upon hire.
