Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level Foundations for the Future (FFF) Engineer in a U.S.-based rotational development program. This on-site, full-time role is designed for recent graduates in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering who are ready to begin a hands-on, multi-site manufacturing career. Rotations typically last 18–24 months and candidates should be willing to relocate 2–3 times across the U.S. as assignments require.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured rotational program (Foundations for the Future) across industrial manufacturing sites.
- Work in hands-on and analytical roles such as Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Project Engineer, or Research Engineer.
- Implement and lead production-performance and reliability improvement projects.
- Support safety, quality, capacity and competitiveness initiatives and advise on failure analyses.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes; propose, test and deploy process and method improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on investment and construction projects, and manage engineering deliverables.
- Contribute to research & innovation initiatives and potentially manage a small R&I project portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering completed between Dec 2024 and Summer 2025.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Completed at least one relevant internship or co-op in Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage or similar industrial environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite. Experience with SAP or PI Process Books is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to relocate for rotational assignments (on-site work required).

Compensation & Benefits
- U.S. base salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year (base salary may vary based on candidate factors; total comp may include bonuses/incentives).
