Forward Deployed Product Manager
The Forward Deployed Product Manager at Confidential Client leads the end-to-end delivery and optimization of AI voice agents for major mortgage lenders, acting as the primary liaison to ensure customer success from deployment through expansion. What You’ll Do
This Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) partner with customers to deploy, optimize, and expand production AI voice agents used by mortgage lenders. You will act as the bridge between the client’s technical team and customers, helping translate real-world call data into agent improvements and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead customer-facing delivery from scoping through launch and iteration
- Translate customer business goals into agent behavior, routing, and escalation rules
- Analyze call and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Implement configuration and flow changes (using internal tools) and validate outcomes
- Proactively monitor account health and escalate risks or opportunities to internal teams
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end delivery and adoption for assigned accounts — ensure agents meet defined SLAs and business KPIs
- Customization of conversation flows, compliance controls, and handoff points to humans
- Acting as the primary trusted advisor and escalation contact for customers
- Surfacing product gaps, recurring patterns, and feature requests to product and engineering
- Defining playbooks, templates, and operating standards as the function scales
Qualifications — Must-haves
- Strong, polished communicator who can build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership of outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Good data intuition — comfortable reading datasets and drawing actionable conclusions
- Eagerness to learn technical product details; prior AI experience is not required
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in agent deployment, technical account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with mortgage, lending, or regulated financial services
- Experience at early-stage startups or high-growth environments

Compensation
Compensation Range: $150,000 - $250,000 (base salary range as provided by the client)
