Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an experienced Associate-level Forward Deployed Engineer within ERCS Data & Tech to design, build, and support AI-enabled, full-stack data and application solutions. This role focuses on transforming raw data into reliable, secure, and compliant systems that deliver actionable insights across risk domains (internal audit, SOX, forensics). This position is based in International, WA (hybrid work model may apply).


What You’ll Do

  • Develop, test, and maintain AI-powered full-stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud).
  • Integrate AI services and automation (OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Claude, AgentSpace, or similar) into enterprise applications and workflows.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, retrieval systems, and integrations that enable secure, efficient access to enterprise data.
  • Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve text analytics, search, and extraction features.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and product features.
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, incident response, and maintenance using modern DevOps practices.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into development and delivery.
  • Participate in client-facing activities, support engagements, and knowledge sharing with client teams.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • At least 1 year of experience designing, developing, or supporting software applications, AI-powered solutions, or related technology platforms.
  • Practical experience with one or more programming languages and frameworks used in full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and database systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Degree or coursework in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Claude, AgentSpace).
  • Hands-on work applying NLP techniques (text classification, information extraction, semantic search).
  • Experience building and operating data pipelines and retrieval systems for production use.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tooling and CICD pipelines for cloud deployments.
  • Experience in professional services or client-facing consulting environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws).
  • Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
